THE HAUNTING OF THE NORTH POLE (and other festive horrors) by Matt Shaw

Christmas is a time of joy and peace and family and…. and…. nope… I got nothing. I don’t even believe it is for joy, peace and family! It’s a time for PRESENTS! Leave the loot at the door and leave me be! Allow me to dwell in my misery and the coldness of my abode. Keep the festive cheer and give me some horror!

The Haunting of the North Pole (and other festive horrors) is a collection of horror stories (never published before) from the dark mind of Matt Shaw (author of Sick B*stards, Octopus and How Much To…?).

It’s Christmas Eve. The presents are wrapped. The kids are asleep. Snuggle down in front of the fire and enjoy some horror!

Top-notch story, with a such a twist of an ending. I will definitely seek out other works from author.

What’s not to love? Well written and paced, complicated and interesting characters, solid research, and excellent tension. Highly recommend.
